
SHIPPING & RETURNS
Shipping Policy
All products / clothing are manufactured to order and we aim to have your item(s) delivered within 7 - 10 working days. On rare occasions there may be manufacturing issues which prevent us from delivering your item(s) on time. If this happens we will contact you to advise of any delays and when you can expect to receive your purchase(s).

Customs and Excise Duty
Due to the UK leaving the EU, on rare occasions it may be necessary to ship items from one of our fulfillment centres outside of the UK to ensure we get your goods to you on time. If this occurs you may be required to pay customs duty on orders over £135 before receiving your goods. Details available on the UK government website:

You will be liable to pay any customs costs (which should be minimal at only 2.5% of the purchase price) however, if your order is over £135 and you are requested to pay VAT by the delivery company, please contact us at info@future-forged.co.uk providing us with all the shipment and delivery company details.

Return & Exchange Policy
All items are closely inspected before shipping so should be received in perfect order. In the unlikely event that there is an issue with your items please note the following conditions:

Change of Mind
If you decide you no longer want your item and have not used or opened the product you may return it to us and receive a full refund within 14 days of delivery of your purchase. You must return the item to us within 14 days of notifying us you wish to return the item and you must pay for the return shipping costs. Notifications / returns outside of these timescales will not be accepted. To notify us of a change of mind contact info@future-forged.co.uk

Worn Items
Due to hygiene concerns returns will not be accepted if any item has been worn / used. Items will be inspected for use upon receipt, if after inspection the returned item has been found to be worn or used refunds will not be given.
Damaged Items
If an item delivered to you is found to be damaged at the time of delivery you must take a photograph of the damage within 30 days of delivery and if possible the carriers details, along with date and time of delivery. This will be assessed at our manufacturing facility and where applicable a replacement product will be sent to you. Before returning items send the details requested above to info@future-forged.co.uk and wait for a response from us, we will advise which facility to return your product to.

Manufacturing Defects
If there are any issues with manufacturing quality such as incorrect stitching, poor print quality etc please photograph the manufacturing defect and send details to info@future-forged.co.uk. Once we have confirmed the defect is a manufacturing error we will arrange for a replacement to be sent you.

Incorrect Size
Clothing is manufactured after your order is placed so it is important you make sure you order the correct size. Please visit SIZES prior to ordering to ensure you receive the correct size item. If you do need to return an item due to an incorrect size please email info@future-forged.co.uk and we will advise which location to return your item to. You must pay for the item to be returned. Upon receipt of the item it will be inspected for damage / wear and if the item is resellable we will send you a replacement product of your requested size at no further cost to you. If it is found the item is damaged we reserve the right not to offer a replacement or issue a refund.

Incorrect Address
It is your responsibility to provide a correct delivery address and safe / alternate location if you use one. If any item is returned to our facility by the courier due to an incorrect address you will be liable to pay for reshipment costs.

Unable to Deliver
If the courier is unable to deliver and / or there is no safe place to leave your delivery and the the item has to be returned to our facility, you must pay for the replacement shipping costs.
